PE stretch film is a type of plastic film with high elasticity, commonly known as stretch film.

PE film is transparent, similar to household food wrap, but it is much stronger and more durable, capable of tightly wrapping products together.

The film is made from LDPE plastic, offering good electrical insulation and strong resistance to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.

Notably, even at low temperatures, PE wrapping film still maintains a certain level of flexibility.

PE stretch film is lightweight, impact-resistant, and capable of tightly wrapping around corners of products, cartons, and pallets. This helps enhance puncture and tear resistance, ensuring high efficiency when used properly.

PE film has high adhesiveness, which is one of its most important characteristics, allowing the film to cling firmly to multiple layers of goods and maintain adhesion under changing conditions.

In addition to load securing, loss reduction, and anti-tampering, PE film also provides excellent corrosion resistance, does not absorb moisture, and helps protect products against certain harsh weather conditions.

Applications of PE Stretch Film

Pallet Wrapping

Used to wrap goods on pallets into a solid unit to prevent loosening, collapsing, and deformation during logistics and transportation, while also providing waterproof and dustproof protection.

Carton Packaging

Using stretch film for carton packaging helps protect cartons from rain and prevents loss and damage of scattered goods in case the carton breaks due to rough handling.

Machine Wrapping

Machines that are not frequently used can be wrapped with 2–3 layers of stretch film to prevent rust over long-term storage and protect against dust.

Packaging of Special-Shaped Products

For large products with irregular shapes that cannot be packaged with fixed PE packaging, stretch film allows for multi-angle and full-coverage wrapping without dead corners, ensuring perfect packaging.

Surface Protection

Stretch film has excellent self-adhesive properties without leaving glue residue. It can be applied to smooth surfaces such as glass, construction materials, ceramics, doors, and windows to prevent scratches from sharp objects.
